            We are approved “Warranty Repair Agents” for a range of reputable brands to assist in air conditioner repairs. We are able to attend to your home and diagnose faults with your system, and liaise directly with the manufacturer if the air conditioning repairs that are required are a warranty issue. 

            But sometimes, when we attend a breakdown, the unit has suffered major damage, or if the unit is too old, parts are no longer available. If the system cannot be repaired or it is not economical to repair, our attending technicians can provide a quote to replace the system whilst on-site and arrange a hire system for your home to tie you over. At this point, it’s always a good idea to consider whether reverse cycle options are important to you and the climate you live in.

            Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our sales staff to attend and provide a detailed quote and site plan for an entirely new, energy-efficient system to be installed. You may also be interested in our Advantage Air smart home technology.
