Insurance Docs

When attending your home for air conditioner repairs, we will provide you with a comprehensive service report and, if required, submit a quote to repair your system.

Our team will provide you with all the information you need to make the best decision for you and your system. We can also provide a detailed service report to submit to your insurance provider if the issue is related to weather events or electrical fusion.

Approved Warranty Agents

We are approved “Warranty Agents” for a range of reputable brands and air conditioner repairs. We are able to attend to your home and diagnose faults with your system, and liaise directly with the manufacturer if the air conditioner repair required is a warranty issue.

But sometimes, when we attend a breakdown, the unit has suffered major damage, or if the unit is too old, parts are no longer available. If the system cannot be repaired or it is not economical to repair, our attending technicians can provide a quote to replace the system whilst on-site and arrange a hire system to tie you over. Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our sales staff to attend and provide a detailed quote for an entirely new, energy-efficient system to be installed.

Need To Know's About Air Conditioner Repairs

Depending on the age of the unit and the parts required, a typical air conditioner repair cost can be between $250 - $1200.
If a unit is more than 8 years old, requesting a quote to replace an AC system may be a more cost effective option.
The lifespan of a split system is approximately 7-10 years, whereas a ducted system has a lifespan of around 10-15 years old.
Getting your AC system serviced can increase the life of the AC by 20% and prevent annoying breakdowns.
You can extend the life of your unit by chemically cleaning your system and removing biological growth and build up on your indoor system. This can also help respiratory issues by removing old dust from your unit.
When considering air conditioner repairs, versus buying a new unit, note that replacement parts are usually only available for systems younger than 10 years old.
