- Is delivery and setup included in the rental service?
Yes, we will deliver the coolroom or freezer trailers to your site and set it up for you. We include all components for operation, including a heavy duty power lead, safety step and wheel chocks. Coolrooms are available for hire 7 days a week.
- Do I need any special electrical requirements?
We require a standard 10amp outlet within 15m of where the coolroom will be located. If you’re unsure, pleas call us for set-up requirements and to discuss hire options and delivery. Remember, our qualified technicians will make the whole process very easy for you.
- Are the cool rooms and freezers easy to operate?
The coolrooms are fully electronically controlled and are programmed to operate automatically once the power switch is turned on. If you’re wanting to rent our coolrooms and freezer rooms for event hire, we have the ideal solutions.
- What temperature ranges do you offer?
Currently, we have medium temperature rooms – typically cycling between 2⁰C to 4⁰C. If you need specifications outside of this, please call us so we can customise a suitable solution.
- Is maintenance included in the rental agreement?
All of our cold storage mobile units are tested, serviced, and sanitised directly prior to delivery to ensure clean and reliable operation. Our clean, sanitised, quality cool rooms are Hunter Valley’s turnkey event hire solutions. For long-term hire, maintenance and servicing is included in our quoted price.
