The modulating floor is worth attention: 7.3kW. This system cannot throttle below roughly half its rated output, so in a home that only occasionally needs full capacity it will cycle rather than run gently. That is a genuine argument against over-specifying, and a reason the heat-load calculation matters more here than anywhere else in the range.
