Airflow jumps to 1400 l/s nominal and 1600 l/s maximum — a substantial increase over the 180 model and the practical reason to choose this size, since it allows longer duct runs and more zones without starving the far end of the system.
The indoor unit is 470 x 1400 x 997 mm at 85kg. The outdoor unit is 1680 x 930 x 765 mm at 138kg, the same as the 180 model. Like the rest of the FDYQN range it uses a scroll compressor and R410A refrigerant, with brazed 9.5mm liquid and 19.1mm gas connections.
Outdoor sound pressure is 58 dB(A) cooling and 59 dB(A) heating at one metre, EPA sound power 74 dBA.

As with the rest of this range, seasonal efficiency sits below the single-phase FDYAN units. Three-phase systems at this capacity are chosen because the load demands them, not because they are more efficient. Where a job could be served by either, the comparison is worth running properly.
R410A refrigerant applies here as across the FDYQN range, with the higher top-up cost and global warming potential that comes with it.
